Our Recruitment Processes

From application to final selection

1. Contact with Adecco
Making an appointment with our consultant via telephone, facsimile or e-mail to have an interview at our office.
2. Registration
Application
Fill in the application form and attached the documents for job application.

Language Assessment
We will conduct job relevant tests both in Japanese and English. Our native Japanese consultant can give you the practical advice.

Interview with our consultants
Our consultants will ask questions so that we try to know more about you to find the most suitable job for you. Our interview methodology is based on Can do, Will do Will fit! Of course you can ask any questions to our consultants. We are pleased to advise back to you!
3. Job offers from Adecco
Our consultants will inform the vacant positions and provide the information about client's requirements and their nature which may be suitable for you.
4. Interview with client side
Our consultants will arrange the interview appointment between you and client.
5. Final
Our consultants will inform the outcome and also give the feedback from client. If successful, you will be offered the position and salary package.
6. Enjoy your new job!
 

The documents for job application

1. Resume (English or Japanese)
2. Copy of ID Card (สำเนาบัตรประชาชน)
3. Copy of House Registration (สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน)
4. Copy of Academic transcript (สำเนาผลการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า)
5. Copy of Japanese Language Proficiency Test result (สำเนาผลสอบวัดระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
6. Copy of Certificate (if any) (สำเนาประกาศนียบัตรอื่นๆ เช่น ใบผ่านการฝึกงาน การอบรม (ถ้ามี)
7. Photo (any size)
